General policy for all moves​

1. A deposit is required and goes toward your final cost.

2. Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of the job. 

3. Adjusted estimates will be created if: 

a) items are added after the initial estimate is issued

b) poor planning or unforeseen conditions obstruct access to your belongings and/or our truck (i.e. walk paths or furniture not cleared, small items not packed, construction, road closures, elevator malfunctions, etc.)

c) plastic wrap or other prep is requested after the estimate is issued

We DO NOT move

• Grand or baby grand pianos

• Hot tubs

• Large structures not disassembled (gazebos, sheds, playground equipment, etc.)

• Flammable materials (matches, gasoline, oil, kerosene, lighter fluid, etc.)

• Pressurized containers (propane tanks, fire extinguishers, aerosol cans, etc.)

• Items soiled in bodily fluids or feces

• Items infested with pests (bugs, rodents, etc.)

• Items with mold

• Explosives or combustibles

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, corrosives, etc.)

• Paint, stains, solvents, turpentine

• Firearms and ammunition

• Drugs

• Animals

• Items of extraordinary value

Items considered extra fragile

While extra care will be used to move these items, due to their extra fragile condition, we can only offer the industry standard minimum coverage of 60 cents per pound per article in the case of damage due to intentional mover error.

• IKEA furniture or similar furniture made of pressboard, particle board or similar pressed material 

• Coins, currency, deeds, notes, postage stamps, letters, drafts or valuable papers

• Jewelry, precious stones, or precious metals

• Items requiring temperature control

• Live plants

• Perishable items

• Old, brittle furniture

Packing & unpacking

• We do NOT offer packing/unpacking services.

• To minimize time spent moving smaller items, please have everything packed and ready for us to load.
